2025 Malawi Quad Nations T20 Cup Announced
International cricket comes to Blantyre with four nations competing for Arjun Menon Memorial Trophy
Cricket Malawi has unveiled plans for the prestigious Quad Nations T20 Cup (Arjun Menon Memorial) to be held from 5th to 14th July 2025 at the TCA Oval in Blantyre, featuring host nation Malawi alongside international teams from Germany, Tanzania, and Bahrain.
Historic Cricket Event for Malawi
The Malawi Quad Nations T20 Cup represents a significant milestone for cricket development in the African nation, marking one of the most high-profile international cricket tournaments ever hosted in the country. The competition honors the memory of Arjun Menon, a prominent figure in Malawian cricket development.
“This tournament puts Malawi cricket on the international map. Hosting three competitive associate nations will provide invaluable experience for our players and inspire the next generation,” said a Cricket Malawi spokesperson.
The round-robin tournament will see each team play against the others twice before the top two teams progress to the final on July 14th. All matches will be played at the TCA Oval, which has undergone significant upgrades to meet international standards.
